Incorporation & Processing Instructions
For optimum performance, incorporate the additive slowly (under agitation) into the mixture of grinding resin / co-solvent or emulsion resin, respectively. For resin-free pigment concentrates, simply pre-mix the additive with water until uniformly dispersed before adding pigments. Add pigments only after the additive is homogeneously distributed.
Function
KRISHNOL 1350 deflocculate pigments through steric stabilization of pigments. Due to small particle sizes of the deflocculate pigments, high gloss is achieved & color strength improved. Additionally, transparency & hiding power are increased. KRISHNOL 1350 reduces viscosity, subsequently, leveling is improved & higher pigment loading is possible.
Storage and Transportation
Separation or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0 !"Warm to 20" and mix well.
