» POLYBATCH ANTIBLOCKING
   ABSL 10
POLYBATCH ABSL is antiblocking master batches containing synthetic silica. The addition of an antiblocking master batch avoids blocking during wind up, regulates the slip and antistatic properties of additivated films and allows a smooth unwinding and slitting of reels.

USAGE

» POLYBATCH ANTIOXIDANT
   AOL 336
POLYBATCH AOL 336 is an antioxidant master batch for the stabilization of Polyethylene. The free flowing pellets should be added during an extrusion process where high temperatures or long residence time cause oxidation, higher melt flow index, loss of mechanical properties or carbonized particles. Because of he stabilizers contained in the POLYBATCH AOL 336 the melt flow index of PE after reclaim will remain at acceptable levels. The color of regranulated resin will remain lighter. The addition of POLYBATCH AOL 336 in the main and in the satellite extruders is strongly recommended before any prolonged shut-down. Without an effective antioxidant carbonized particles will be readily formed on the screw fights and tips, as well as on screens and dies. These carbonized particles will then slowly be evacuated particularly during the production of formulas containing high concentrations of tensio-active agents (slip or antistats).

USAGE
The addition rate of the POLYBATCH AOP 336 is depending on the processing temperature and the residence time of the PE in the extruder. An addition rate of 1 to 3 percent is recommended.

During recycling 2 to 3 Percent
 
Before shut down 10 to 20 percent POLYBATCH AOL 336 added to the extruder’s hopper will greatly facilitate the start-up: less black spots, more controlled MFI.

» MASTER BATCH 303
Master Batch 303 is a free flowing fluoropolymer based processing aid that is designed for use at very low levels to improve processing of thermoplastics. At the very low use levels (typically 250-1000 ppm) necessary to improve processing, it does not alter or detract from the good physical properties associated with high strength plastics. Master Batch 303 can offer performance and cost advantage over comparable loading of other processing additives. It exhibits exceptional commercial utility in low level index film grade linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) & high density polyethylene (HDPE). It is especially effective in polyolefin resins containing silica-based anti locking agents, titanium dioxide-based pigments, and other inorganic additives. It can also be used at low levels to reduce extruder die build up when processing LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.

Master Batch 303 lowers apparent, melt viscosity & permits fabricators to use high strength resins which otherwise could not be processed on available equipment. Now with the aid of Master Batch 303, fabricators can produce superior films & other articles of improved strength & quality. As a processing aid Master Batch 303 reduces or eliminates melt fracture and can reduce extruder torque. Through optimization of the extrusion process, the use of Master Batch 303 may also allow an increase in output and yield films with enhanced and balanced bidirectional physical properties & improved quality & gloss.
